About Turneet
Turneet is an AI returns agent for Shopify. It checks policy, scores risk, makes a decision, and writes the reasoning out in plain English. The routine cases it handles on its own: a wrong item, a change of mind, an order outside the window. Anything genuinely ambiguous comes to you with the reasoning already written out.
The problem we're solving
Most Shopify stores review every return by hand. The tools built to automate this are priced and designed for operations teams at much larger companies. That leaves a wide gap: stores with serious order volume and the return rates to match, stuck doing it manually.
Turneet closes that gap. You get flat monthly pricing, no per-return fees, and fraud screening from the entry tier. Every decision comes with a plain-English explanation, so you can audit or override any call.
The result is a category of stores that are too big for manual review and too small for enterprise returns software. They absorb the losses, approve everything to avoid friction, or just spend evenings in a spreadsheet.
Where we are
We're in early access. The stores joining now are working directly with the founder, and their returns are shaping what gets built next. Early access means smaller batches, faster iteration, and a direct line to the person building it. When something doesn't look right, you can flag it and it gets fixed, not ticketed. Who's behind it
